I had a beautiful day filled with lots of fun with my two boys! It started with brunch, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and lots of quality time!

Mother’s Day was also very warm in Chicago. YEAH! Now that we are entering the warmer months, delicious salads are on a lot of people’s plates. I always enjoy salads in the summer because they offer a lighter, healthier meal. When it is really hot outside, the last thing I want it a heavy meal.
